HSGI Improved Bleeder/Blowout Pouch Modular
The HSGI Improved Bleeder/Blowout Pouch is designed to hold medical gear along with immediate access to medical shears. Medical shears are held securely by strap and snap. There is also a 2" wide QUICK-PULL strap along the inside of the pocket to aid in one handed removal of contents of the pouch.

- MOLLE/PALS webbing on sides for additional modular pouches or the attachment of a Tourniquet via rubber bands
- Has both hook and loop w/silencer strip and side release closure
- HSG Clip included
- Constructed of 1000 Denier Cordura nylon , sewn with 135/138 bonded nylon threads

Great Pouch
Excellent construction. Very sturdy and thoughtful design. I especially like how you can button your shears down and strap tourniquets to the sides. Doesnt fit much in there, mostly the essentials. The one-handed blow-out strap makes getting everything out of super fast. I've actually had to use this feature on a way back from an operation when i came across a bad car wreck. Worked great! From that experience I've learned that if you pull the blow-out strap hard enough this pouch will pretty much explode with medical supplies.

Nice bleeder kit, good features. Would be nice if it had a tad more space for stuff (filled up real quick), but would buy again.

Solid gear, well made. Now I have to fill it!

Great Pouch
Small, reasonably priced, great quality. Will fit OLAES bandage and quick qlot, plus some rubber gloves and thats about it. Strapped my TQ to the MOLLE webbing on the side. I have several of these pouches on different "minamilist" rigs
