HSGI Improved Bleeder/Blowout Pouch Modular
The HSGI Improved Bleeder/Blowout Pouch is designed to hold medical gear along with immediate access to medical shears. Medical shears are held securely by strap and snap. There is also a 2" wide QUICK-PULL strap along the inside of the pocket to aid in one handed removal of contents of the pouch.

- MOLLE/PALS webbing on sides for additional modular pouches or the attachment of a Tourniquet via rubber bands
- Has both hook and loop w/silencer strip and side release closure

Good for the money
For the money it is real good. You won't hold too much in there, just the essentials. You do save on space though. The pull tab is great too.

Outf***ing standing
This is an excellent product! Well constructed, and the coyote brown matches my other gear perfectly. Great planing with the shears in back and tourniquet on the side. I packed mine with some compressed gauze, gloves, wound packing, and I'm looking to get some quikclot. The malice clips are a little challenging to get on, but come on.....be a man. Great product, excellent shipping!!!! Thanks SKD!

A quick little pouch for small immediate aid.
I was not looking for something that was too big or too small. I saw this bleeder pouch and I was impressed. The bad thing about these days is that you can't really see these things in stores. So I took a chance and what can I say? These are great. They even have room to hold sheers. It is a great little pouch but do not expect it to carry everything! Carry what is essential for first aid / trauma kit, but try and over load the pouch. I like how there is a strap that you can pull basically pop all items in the pouch out of the pouch. Great product by HSGI!
