HSGI Improved Bleeder/Blowout Pouch Modular
The HSGI Improved Bleeder/Blowout Pouch is designed to hold medical gear along with immediate access to medical shears. Medical shears are held securely by strap and snap. There is also a 2" wide QUICK-PULL strap along the inside of the pocket to aid in one handed removal of contents of the pouch.

- MOLLE/PALS webbing on sides for additional modular pouches or the attachment of a Tourniquet via rubber bands

Exactly what I expected.
A little small for a full blown IFAK, but it fits a TQ and some quick clots perfectly. Fits great on a belt without taking up too much relestate.

Worth Every Penny
I used this for the first time yesterday. I've been carrying it on my tac-vest for a year now. I responded to a call where a 13 yr accidentally shot himself in the leg. The pouch worked so well. I was able to access everything quickly. I have celox, combat gauze and a Israeli bandage, and shears in the pouch. I was able to stop the bleeding in time for transport. If you're thinking about getting this and you don't...you're stupid. This product works perfect and it helped save a live yesterday.

I bought this to replace my ifak that I keep on my pig plate carrier. I was able to put an Israeli bandage, combat gauze, gloves, NPA, needle, and trams shears inside it. The webbing on the outside is great for attaching a cat. This was a great buy.

Perfect for it's intended use
This pouch fits exactly what it needs in a small package. The US military should use these rather than their bulky IFAK
