HSGI Improved Bleeder/Blowout Pouch Modular
The HSGI Improved Bleeder/Blowout Pouch is designed to hold medical gear along with immediate access to medical shears. Medical shears are held securely by strap and snap. There is also a 2" wide QUICK-PULL strap along the inside of the pocket to aid in one handed removal of contents of the pouch.

Fit and finish of the pouch is excellent. I was able to fit a CAT, C Gauze, NPA and an H & H. Well worth the money.

Blowout Pouch
Excellent compact blowout kit that I bought for my chest rig. Only takes up 2 rows of molle webbing and holds all the essentials for a combat med kit. Fabric is tough and will last a long time to come. Very good product and very good price compared to other med pouches.

It's like a black hole
This pouch keeps sucking in items. Don't let its small size fool you; it can handle just about any bleeder items you wish to install. Great construction and easily mounted on MOLLE gear. Only thing that would make it better would be if it were break-away. Topping it off is SKD's excellent service and fast shipping.

HSGI bleeder blowout
Quick description about me 26 years old 4 years on Army NG and Texas Police Officer since 2011. Certified as a first responder as well as a combat lifesaver for the Army. Awesome product, great materials and craftsmanship, useful since day one. I am a Texas police officer and I am currently using this product in conjunction to a 5.11 bail out bag as a main active shooter go bag. HSGI really made a great design, it's lightly smaller than a M4 double magazine pouch but I was able to load it with EMS shears, nasopharyngeal tube, CAT tourniquet (strapped on the side using shock cord), medical tape, quick clot combat gauze, and a HandH primed compressed gauze. Tight fit absolutly no rattles from either the pouch, buckle clip, or contents. Would recommend using some type of bag or tape to hold everything together, that's if u don't like having to pick stuff up in case it falls.... Forgot to mention I still have space on the other side for either a second cat tourniquet or a glow stick

Perfect Size, Quick shipping
I think this pouch is the perfect size and has just all the right features, using it on my padded belt. Only thing I would change is to make it a rip away pouch. SKD shipped immediately and for 5 bucks! I wished I would have ordered by belt through them. Got it directly from HSGI and they charged me 12 bucks for shipping and it took 9 days to get to me. Could have got it from SKD and paid 5 bucks and had it in two days! Tried to leave a review on HSGI's site about that and of course they wouldn't let it post on their site cuz its not a perfect 5 star stellar review. But it was the truth and my opinion, too bad they wouldn't let me share it. Buy this and all HSGI gear from SKD. Cheap fast shipping and good company
