HSGI Improved Bleeder/Blowout Pouch Modular

The HSGI Improved Bleeder/Blowout Pouch is designed to hold medical gear along with immediate access to medical shears. Medical shears are held securely by strap and snap. There is also a 2" wide QUICK-PULL strap along the inside of the pocket to aid in one handed removal of contents of the pouch.

  • MOLLE/PALS webbing on sides for additional modular pouches or the attachment of a Tourniquet via rubber bands

    Slim, but big enough to fit critical care items. Does not snag easily when transitioning ect... Pull cord to access all contents quickly is genius. Mine fit: Sheers Celox plunger applicator Israeli 6" bandage Z fold gauze +CAT tourniquet (rubberbanded to side Molle)

    Good Battle Belt Pouch

    Put this on my HSGI Battle Belt at about 4:00. Once opened, the red pull tab gives you immediate access to medical supplies. No digging around, pulls everything right out!

    You get a lot for your money from HSGI. Can't attest to how it holds up to hard use but it seems well made. Much cheaper than other options and it holds your trauma shears.

    Great pouch for IFAK/blowout. Sturdy, and well made. Shipping was fast - even considering I live in a small town away from everything - SKD is the company of choice for all my tactical needs. Wish there were more companies like this out there.

    Perfect med pouch!

    I have been reading a lot on reviews for a good Blowout pouch and haven't seen anything I liked till I saw the HSGI blowout. Most other Med pouches are way over priced for a little Tac nylon and a zipper. This HSGI blowout is perfect for any operator who want to carry the basics -Olaes® modular bandage, gloves, face shield or whatever else you can fit into it. As with all HGSI in my opinion, it the best gear on the market in tactical nylon.

    I don't think you're gonna get a better blowout pouch for the price. I was able to fit shears, tourniquet, nitrile gloves, chest seal, decrompression needle, npa, quik clot, and 4" emergency bandage. Items are very snug, but do fit.

    Second pouch of this type and they are perfect for what I need. Israeli bandage, quickclot, gauze, 14g needle and a TQ on the side.
