ITS Tactical Tallboy ETA Trauma Kit Pouch

The ITS Tactical Tallboy ETA Trauma Kit Pouch was born out of the necessity in developing both a pouch that could hold the Vacuum Sealed Tallboy ETA Trauma Kit, as well as the contents of the kit if the end user needs to break the seal, or wants faster access to individual components.

ITS worked closely with Haley Strategic and Zulu Nylon Gear to revamp their Fatboy Trauma Kit Pouch to accommodate a taller kit that takes up no more real estate than a double mag pouch does. Utilizing just two columns of PALS Webbing if mounted vertically, this Tallboy ETA Trauma Kit Pouch can also mount horizontally for a multitude of options, including being secured to the rear of a battle belt or a standard belt with a quick configuration of the short MALICE Clips (see photo).

With a simple pull on the handle, the pouch quickly filets open to provide immediate access to your medical components without delay. The small 1″ section of red Velcro One-Wrap affixed to the handle can be removed for a lower profile.

The main rear-most pocket provides space large enough to fit the Vacuum Sealed Tallboy ETA Trauma Kit or a complement of other medical items. The two rear wing pockets are large enough to store Decompression Needles and NPAs, or other Airway devices. The flap panel design comes from the ITS Med Insert that's included with their Discreet Messenger Bags and allows you to custom configure the shock cord loops to hold whatever you need it to.

The pouch can also be quickly secured by simply pulling back up on the handle and affixing the velcro. Trauma shears can be tucked behind the PALS/MOLLE mounting at the rear of the pouch or attached to the single channel of PALS/MOLLE that run on either side of the exterior of the wings. This channel can also be used to secure a tourniquet, tourniquet pouch, or rescue hook pouches.

Warranty: In the unlikely event that a ETA Trauma Kit Pouch should fail due to poor craftsmanship or other defect, they will repair or replace as necessary free of charge!

    Great IFAK stand-in!!

Posted by MrMack on 2nd Jun 2014

This is a great standin for an IFAK! Packed right, I fit 2 packs CombatGauze Cric kit ACE wrap Medical tape Casualty card NPA 2 Chest needles Sharpie 2chest seals There's no room inside for tourniquets, but 1. If you put tourniquets inside your IFAK you're gonna have a bad time, and 2, rubber band them in an easy access spot. The best part is that it takes up as much real estate as a double mag or radio pouch! Great opening mechanics, really we'll designed and put together for those who are allowed some leeway with their kit

    No issues

Great blow out kit. It certainly was smaller than I was expecting; howerver, fits everything I require as a blowout/bleeder kit. Currently I use it as my primarly BOK on my 1st/2nd line gear, in my vehicles and as a supplimental kit on my 3rd line gear. I like the ease of opening and that it fillet's flat. The only thing I would add is an internal strap/cord in the pocket allowing you to quickly extract the contents. The ability to mount both horizontal as well as verticale facilitates a wide array of options. All around great pouch. Great job ITS and as always SKD.

    Great blow out kit

I was skeptical at first due to the size comparison seeming rather small, however once I received this pouch all doubts went away. I can fit everything from my issued IFAK plus 2 extra combat gauzes. The tourniquet secures perfectly to the PALS webbing on the outside with shock chord or a rubberband. I have this mounted on the back center of my VTAC brokos belt and it fits perfectly when seated in a vehicle. Well done ITS! We will just have to see how well it holds up in the mountains.

very small/not practical/over priced for its size

disappointed, it appeared to be larger; will throw it in the drawer and look for something that really can hold the minimal first aid gear good quality workmanship would be better if the number of cubic inches was given
