    Compact addition

If you've already got a TQ on your belt this handles the extras. Able to get a pressure dressing & combat gauze in the two pockets and a compact hyfin under the flap.

Perfect for Every Day Duty Belt

Posted by Preacher on 16th Oct 2018

I work for a uniformed pattern of crimes unit. I have been looking to add a full IFAK to my duty gear for some time now. I have tried a large pouch but it was bulky and only accessible from one side. I have tried loading a cargo pocket up but always worry I am going to wash the items. I normally keep my back clear of items on my belt but this pouch does not cause discomfort as it is slim. I am able to fit two chest seals, quick clot, s-roll gauze, one pair of gloves, and a SOF-T Wide in it. I have been wearing it for two weeks now with no discomfort and without the insert coming loose. This leaves my cargo pockets clear for single tourniquets for immediate ambi access.

Just the right size for EDC

Just the right size for cargo pocket carry. Holds an Izzy bandage, Kerlix roll, SofTT-wide tourniquet and a Leatherman Raptor folded up and clipped to the outer envelope. Should also be able to hold a HALO chest seal in the upper flap pocket. As always with S.O. Tech products, super design and quality construction.
