After a years-long stint in legal and logistical purgatory, the best-selling charging handle of the past decade has made its return. Previously licensed and distributed by BCM as the original GUNFIGHTER Charging Handle, VLTORs patented design is back on the market. Its the same exact charging handle design youve known and loved since 2009, simply re-released under strictly our own moniker.
The VLTOR Charging Handle is a patented design that redirects the force off of the latchs roll pin and into the body of the charging handle, which is especially crucial during support hand only manipulations. This design makes the charging handle stronger and less prone to roll pin or latch breakage. The VLTOR Charging Handle design has proven itself over the last decade, both domestically and abroad.
The Mod 4 (Medium Latch) charging handles are available now. Mod 3 (Large Latch) units will be available in 2-3 weeks. Mod 5 (Small Latch) and Mod 44 (Ambidextrous) variations will be available in the future.

Nice Refinement Rather Pricey
Would have liked to have had refinements like that in the military 25+ years back. Would have liked to have taken my weapon home for that matter. Believe it should be an automatic perc for the volunteer military. I think that the Gunfighter handle makes the AR less awkward but I rather prefer what IO is doing with American AK's to AR's. I've noticed that there are side charging AR receivers on the loose. Know nothing but like the idea. A bit less awkward. I've been building AR's and playing with some pistol uppers with Gunfighter Handles. Play carefully AK and AR pistols should come with a bit of a sound suppressor. Makes them less useful. Used in a hurry without ear protection rocks your ears for a couple days. So far I like the Gunfighter best because it has the longest addition to the handle I've worked with. It's noticeably very sturdy. There are some good newcomer's around with much better pricing, but the handles I've seen don't quite match up to the Gunfighter.

Medium latch
Good, solid contact when charging with either the palm of the hand and the fingers. medium latch is still low profile enough to not snag on gear/sling.

It is made by Bravo Company, these guys rock. I bought it here because it was so much cheaper than any were else. Keep up the good work SKD. I haven’t had the chance to get out and shoot my m4 with it on there yet, so I cannot say how well it works.
