Aimpoint PRO Patrol Rifle Optic
Designed with input from a distinguished group of current and former professionals, the Patrol Rifle Optic incorporates many never before seen features to maximize this sight's performance within the challenging conditions faced by modern law enforcement. A hard-anodized 30mm tube was utilized, enclosing a high efficiency circuit that allows the sight to be turned on and left on for up to three years using a single battery.
The Aimpoint PRO Patrol Rifle Optic's front lens utilizes a unique band-pass coating, which allows the sight to be used with all generations of night vision devices. The modular QRP2 mount includes a removable spacer that indexes the sight at the optimal height for co-witness with the standard iron sights on AR15/M16/M4 Carbine style weapons. This spacer can be removed to enable the use of the sight on police shotguns or sub-machine guns. The QRP2 mount for the PRO Optic also incorporates a torque-limiting twist knob that provides the optimal level of pressure on the rail while completely eliminating the possibility of over-tightening. Both the PRO Optic's front and rear lenses are recessed within the sight body to provide protection against impact damage, scratches, and fingerprints.
Flip covers are included to further protect the lenses, and a transparent rear lens cover is utilized allowing the user to engage a target with the lens covers closed in a emergency situation. A two Minute of Angle (2 MOA) red dot is utilized to allow maximum accuracy at all distances and under all environmental conditions.
**As of 2012, Aimpoint has removed their LE/Govt/Security ONLY restriction to the PRO.**

- QRP2 rail grabber mount. Snap knob three times for a perfect mount. Will not deform your rail like many other mounts.
- Recessed lens openings helps prevent against impact damage, fingerprints and scratches.

Right choice, right price.
I debated for months about whether to buy an EOTech XPS or an Aimpoint PRO for my M4, and finally decided to get the Aimpoint. I'm very happy with my decision. The included mount is great, the only exception is the tension screw is kind of chunky, but not a dealbreaker. I like that it comes with the flip up covers, and was a breeze to sight-in. I am so pleased that I bought another for my duty carbine. As for SKDTAC, they are top notch. Lightning fast shipping, excellent customer service, and a great price. Thanks SKD!

Aimpoint PRO Patrol Rifle Optic
As a new SWAT Officer I needed a quality optic for my rifle. I researched several products and asked seasoned SWAT team members their preferences. Each article poured over, review read and question answered turned me onto Aimpoint and the PRO. Price, ease of installation and most important to me, the ability to leave it on and be ready to "rock and roll" at a moments notice was a huge selling factor. To top it all off this optic has a battery life up to three years. Fantastic! Recieved my order and breezed through easy to read, step by step instructions. Just a few minutes later I was ready to check zero. Three rounds from bench rested rifle confirmed I was good to go. Enjoyed shooting so much with my new purchase I burned through several boxes of ammo! A short time later I attended a week long training with my team. This optic exceeded every expectation I had. My ability to get on target fast and deliver "dead-on" shots was greatly improved.

Awesome Optic!
This is my first Aimpoint sight, and definitely won't be my last. Great price, solid mount and the 2 MOA dot gives a good balance between CQB and longer shots. SKD shipped fast as always, thanks guys!

Best aimpoint for the $$$
After handling and drooling on other guys aimpoints I jumped on this Aimpoint PRO right after it came out. I purchased thru an SKDTAC groupbuy and ended up getting a screaming deal I couldn't pass up. The optic is typical Aimpoint quality, clear glass, well defined red dot, and killer battery life. Buy one, you will not regret it!

aimpoint pro
this is my first foray into quality optics. I have been an iron sights shooter since I started shooting. I became interested in optics after shooting my friends eotech and I started to read up on all sorts of different optics (aimpoints, eotechs, c-mores, various 1-4 DMS scopes). I chose to go with aimpoint after reading more and more literature about them (battery life, 2MOA dot as opposed to the eotech 1MOA with 65MOA ring). when the aimpoint pro came out after SHOT show I was shocked at the price and bought one as soon as they came in stock. 1000 rounds later and I couldn't be happier. great price for an awesome optic.
