Ferro Concepts Roll 1 Trauma Kit
The kit contains everything you would expect to find in a IFAK (emphasis on Individual) minus shears and a TQ. Those I tend to carry externally anyway. The kit will fit into the Roll 1, but it does take a little bit of Tetris like sorting to get everything in there, so there is little room for extras. Being tightly pack does mean that the IFAK won't come out of the pouch without a deliberate effort.
