HSGI SlimGrip Padded Belt
This modular padded belt system is the next generation of the HSGI® padded belt family. All the performance of our original system, but at a lower weight and lower profile. Can be purchased as a stand alone sleeve or with a 1.5" COBRA® belt with inner loop fastener.
• .75" thick and 3.25" tall
• Neoprene padding creates a "gel-like" comfort
• Adds a level of grip that is unlike any other low-profile belt system on the market
• Two access ports at 3 and 9 o'clock positions for the attachment of subloads, such as holsters and drop platforms, directly to the interior belt
• Assembled with a removable HDPE stiffener to add stability

TO ACCURATELY DETERMINE THE PROPER SIZE PADDED BELT, TAKE THESE STEPS.
- FIRST, DETERMINE THE SIZE GAP YOU WANT IN FRONT BETWEEN ENDS OF THE BELT. MANY PEOPLE PREFER AS LITTLE GAP AS POSSIBLE TO OFFER MORE MOLLE REAL ESTATE TOWARD THE FRONT.
- ONCE YOU HAVE THIS DECIDED, TAKE A TAPE MEASURE AROUND YOUR WAIST WHILE WEARING YOUR EVERYDAY BELT. DO NOT BASE YOUR BELT MEASUREMENT ON YOUR PANT SIZE.
- FINALLY, SUBTRACT THE GAP YOU WANT FROM THE WAIST MEASUREMENT. ORDER THE PADDED BELT CLOSEST TO THIS FINAL MEASUREMENT. IF YOU CHOOSE THE COBRA® BELT, YOU WILL NEED TO GO UP A FEW INCHES FROM YOUR STANDARD BELT SIZE TO ACCOMMODATE THE ADDED GIRTH CREATED BY PADDED BELT.
Belt sizes are based on production averages and may vary by approximately one inch in either direction due to the handmade nature of the product.

30.75" end to end - If you choose a COBRA® belt for this Slim-Grip®, the smallest COBRA® you should order is Medium

Slim belt
By far the best battle belt I've owned! After a friend laid a rifle with a hot! Really hot suppressor on my last unit. I was in the market for a new one. After my experiences with taller belts a slimmer/more stable belt was what I wanted. This thing stays put... Period...! Can't say enough I'd buy another giving the same incident melted this one!

HSGI slimgrip belt
Very comfortable belt. Nice and lightweight. Not too wide like those other belts.

Better than most...
To SKD's credit, they took a return of an unused HSGI SureGrip belt past their 60 day window in exchange for the SlimGrip. The SureGrip was too stout for my load out needs and simply felt like a sweat-inducing girdle. SlimGrip is well made and sleek in design. Webbing is really close together (like touching), which makes installing some stuff a bit aggravating. Had to get creative. I wish they would have extended the webbing closer to endpoints to provide for more rows. Due to sizing variances, I have about 8 inches of dead space. Overall, a good value and works well with HSGI rigger belt---tight fit, so I would suggest not applying components until you are SURE of the fit. And I took out the plastic stiffener for wear, but you absolutely need it to feed the belt through without punching someone in the face.
