HSGI X2R TACO Double Rifle Magazine Pouch
The Next Evolution in HSGI's extremely popular TACO series of Pouches. Like the original TACO will handle any type of Rifle Magazines thrown at it. Able to carry 2 Magazines in a single Pouch eliminates the need for double stacking TACO's. The pouch is one piece of 4 layer laminated Cordura with 2 Plastic Brackets which are separated by a HDPE sheet. The HDPE sheet has a 1" webbing sewn on it which adds a bungee loop at the top for over the top bungee retention. Made of Cordura, Polymer, and shock-cord. It is silent when stuck against and while extracting the mag.
The "X2R TACO" maintains a positive grip on the mags, which is adjustable and does not need any other use of a securing system unless desired upon by user preference. Webbing tabs are sewn in on the top of the Cordura and HDPE separator for use of "over the top" bungee retainers if desired (not included). Additional loop velcro is sewn in the inside if the user wishes to use adhesive backed hook velcro on his magazine body for added security.
Covered by HSGI's Lifetime Warranty. Made in the USA. HSG Clips Included.

HSGI TACO
Very happy with the quality. Good mag retention even without a top retention strap. There would be five stars if it was a bit cheaper.

Taco Double decker M4, Single m4, M4/pistol taco
I own several HSGI products and they are all top quality. I sold all my other mag pouches and upgraded to these taco's shortly after purchasing my first one. The awesome thing about these pouches is that they have adjustable retention and they cater to more than just one size of magazine. AK mags, AR mags, 308 Variants, you name it. The design is rugged and quality. I have no doubt it will stand up to strenuous use. It took me no time to realize the improved amount of versatility these pouches offered my system. I also notice the use of shock cord on some of hsgi's gear. I do not foresee it breaking in my lifetime, however in the event that it does I can easily repair the shock cords myself (you can find it in rolls of 100ft for close to 7 bucks. And that's just for peace of mind in the field. Hsgi gear is lifetime warrantied if you have time to send it in. So in the event of a total tragedy that probably wont even happen Im totally covered. I think the search for a mag pouch is over..

HSGI!
Pros: Everything!!! Cons: Price!!! I have two plate carriers loaded with all HSGI pouches and accessories. They are great for any mags, grenades and anything else you need to carry in a day. Quick to draw and have yet to break or fail in anyway. The downside is having a $1000 in pouches.

Taco magazines
This is a great setup. I had a issue installing one of the pouches due to some quality control issue. The middle loop in the back has some sort of glue or stitching that would not allow the insert to go through. I had to get a super small knife to cut it in order to open it up. Other than that It is a great product and would definitely order some more in the future. If I didn't have the issue with the middle loop I would have given this 5 stars.

HSGI X2R Taco
Nice piece of equipment. Retains mags well, fits Pmags, and seems pretty durable so far. Magazines are retained quietly, yet have easy access.

HSGI X2R TACO Double Rifle Magazine Pouch
Excellent piece of kit. Adjustability is phenominal and the retainability is premium. You have the ability to add shock cord to assist with retention but it is not needed. Perfect for a War Belt.

Double Rifle Taco
I have two of these on my rig now. These are the best pouches I have ever used in my career. My gear gets used and abused and these stand up to everything.

Great mag pouches
Holds mags tight enough not to fall out when running, but easy enough to pull out for a speed reload.
