JM Custom Kydex AIWB Holster - Full guard w/1.5” Split Loops
AIWB (Appendix Inside the Waist Band) holster is designed to tuck the grip of the pistol into the body, yet still be comfortable to wear all day long. It comes with a retention screw so you can tighten or loosen retention as you like and it also has two sets of ride height holes in the holster body for ride height and cant adjustments. Two hole patterns are offered: normal hole pattern, which will fit all of our loops, or wide hole pattern which only utilizes “Pull-The-Dot” loops. This holster has a wedge built into it to rotate the grip of the pistol into the body, and the wedge is matched for the size of the grip of the pistol (for example: the Glock 17 wedge is bigger than the Glock 19 wedge).
We highly recommend the neoprene sponge pad or wedge option for any of our appendix carry holsters as it will tilt the muzzle away from your body, which in turn aids in concealment and comfort. If the neoprene option doesn’t appeal to you, you can order it with our extra tuck feature built in (the bulbous portion built into the holster that tilts the muzzle away and aids in concealment). We also highly recommend either of our fixed kydex loops for appendix holsters as they offer slight ride height and/or cant adjustments and keep the weapon in the most stable position for an optimal draw.

JM Custom Kydex is a great company, but SKD's visual pictures are not reflective of what you get. The picture of the guy wearing the Glock/Blue jeans -- that holster has kydex cut for an optic. What SKD sent me had kydex much higher up and I had to cut it down myself with a Dremel.
