If you’ve ever worn tactical gloves while shooting and wished for something better… your wish is now reality.

The PIG FDT Alpha Glove offers ground-breaking gun-handling dexterity and features that set them apart from the competition. And like ALL PIG Glove models, the PIG FDT Alphas feature Touch Screen conductive synthetic suede on the index finger and thumb for full compatibility with all your favorite devices.

FEATURES (* indicates industry firsts for a tactical glove):

  • Conductive Thumb and Trigger Finger material - Maximum reliability for touch screen use without losing tactile dexterity.
  • Single Layer Multi-Piece Palm - Designed specifically so that only one layer of material contacts your shooting grip.
  • Sensitized and Isolated Trigger Finger - The thinnest available AX Suede material available, only on the trigger finger for ultimate sensitivity.
  • Selective Fourschette Material - Inside fourschettes are ventilated for maximum wicking. Outer forschettes are AX Suede for durability.

  • Micro Suede Nose Wipe* - Fights against cold-weather drip. *Multicam/Multicam Black models do not have the Micro Suede Nose Wipe in deference to having more Multicam patterned material.
  • Ventilation holes in Palms and Fingers - Increased wicking.
  • Isolated Edge Padding - Protection without compromising the shooting grip.
  • Wrap-Over Finger Tips - Provides additional comfort and protection for finger nails.
  • Stretch Ballistic Nylon 1000D Padded Knuckles - Stretch ballistic nylon reduces pressure on the seams, thin padding takes the edge off of impacts.

At the end of the day, the PIG FDT-Alpha Glove is a consumable product that will provide the user with the best tactile dexterity available in a tactical glove, and should be worn to destruction, then discarded and replaced. The selection of super sensitive materials and extremely tight seams mean that these gloves will eventually wear out, and there are no warranties implied. Please try them on and inspect them thoroughly for fit and finish before removing from the hangtag, but be forewarned, you will not want to take them off.

PIG Full Dexterity Tactical Alpha Touch Gloves

Decent gloves, but not nearly worth the price. Inexpensive materials and not very durable. The "touch" feature is a joke, especially for the additional price.

Alpha touch run on a different size

    Posted by JTAC1789 on 20th Mar 2014

I have been using the regular fdt alpha gloves for over a year now and absolutely love them. However, i havent had much luck with the touch model. I wear a XL according to the sizing chart and the regular fdt alpha's fit perfectly. But for some reason the alpha touch gloves run a bit smaller, more specifically, the thumb and index fingers. So then I bought the alpha touch in XXL but the glove is wayyy too big and loose fitting. I will stick to the regular fdt alphas and may end up trying the FR Combat glove by TAG (made in USA)

    SKD Alpha Touch

Posted by Ron on 20th Mar 2014

I am only commenting on the Alpha Touch aspect of these gloves as that is all that I evaluated. The part of the finger and thumb that has the touch thread in it is tiny. You can make it work, but it is very dependent on finger or thumb position, and I found it more trouble than it was worth. I will return my pair and hope for a new version.

    Best gloves in the game

Posted by Antonio Valdez on 20th Mar 2014

I love that bareback feeling with these gloves. I have 2 pairs so far and will be ordering another pair soon. Everyone at my job who tried them on has bought a pair. *MegaPath*

    sick a$$ gloves

Posted by Unknown on 20th Mar 2014

Does everything it was made for. Only been to the range once with them so far, but they show no signs of fatigue. One thing I really like about them is the "unicorn pubes" incorporated into the index and thumbs for touch phone capability.

    PIG Gloves

Posted by Hdude on 20th Mar 2014

Excellent gloves - feel great and provide overall better functionality allowing operator to do things that would typically require removing gloves or cutting out fingers. I typically wear Mechanix brand gloves, which are great, but I've got to say my new PIGs are quickly becoming my go to gloves - Love em.

I really like them so far

Posted by WDW on 20th Mar 2014

It's too soon to tell how these gloves will wear, but so far I'm very impressed with them. I ordered size S. They fit perfectly in the palm and perfectly over the thumb and index finger, which are the most critical areas. The middle finger is just a wee bit too long for me, the ring finger longer still, and the pinky is quite a bit too long. But that's probably just because my fingers are short. Only one trip to the range with them, but they seem to allow pretty good trigger control even with my crisp (about 3.25 lb pull) single-action revolvers (Freedom Arms) and automatics (several 1911s). Controls were easy to manipulate. Even the best gloves eventually wear out, so I may have to pick up a second pair for that eventuality.

Really nice Gloves... not a great fit for fat hand

Posted by Charles Simmons on 20th Mar 2014

I really like these gloves. The features are great. Unfortunately, they don't fit me quite right because I have fat hands. I measured a Large for length and an Extra-Large around my hand. I wish there was an option for a "wide" kind of like they do with shoes. If I got a Large extra wide, that would be great. As it is now, the fingers are just a bit too long, and it keeps them from being absolutely perfect. If you ever make an XL with shorter fingers or a Large with extra width, I'll give you five starts. I will keep the gloves and use them, and still really enjoy them. Just not quite as perfect as I'd hoped.

Awesome but Touch Could Be Executed Better

Posted by Jonathan on 20th Mar 2014

I love the fit and feel, when they say full dexterity they mean it. It's like I'm wearing surgical gloves...little better because they've got more friction to the grip. I can't speak to the durability as I've only worn them for a couple hours at this point and by the feel I don't think they could handle grunt work for more than a month but they're not making any claims to be a work glove. Sadly, the touch screen thread is not anywhere near the natural touch point on my finger or thumb though. I have to think about using the thread intentionally so I wouldn't want to use them extensively for this. I'd probably do better with a the same amount of stitches going vertically instead of horizontally on the index finger. If you're a texting addict or have a complicated app you need to use, you might get frustrated. It's definitely a step up over having to peel back a split fingertip or take off the glove to check my phone real quick so they're still worth it to me!
