Great gloves, just not for combat.
First I'd like to say that I love these gloves and don't plan to buy anything but these. They feel amazing and are hands down the best gloves I've owned. That being said I wouldn't buy these gloves for a deployment or for harsh situations, unless you plan on buying more than one pair. I've gone through 2 pair in 2 months. I probably would have gone through more if they weren't sold out. If you plan on using them in harsh conditions, I would suggest you buy 1 pair per month or bring a sewing kit with you. These gloves are worth buying though.

SKD PIG Gloves
Compared to issue nomex flight gloves or Mechanix, these are amazing, almost like you don't have on gloves at all. Definite must buy.

Super Fast Shipping
The gloves are outstanding and fit perfectly thanks to the online sizing chart. Super fast shipping too, as they were in my hands (no pun intended) in just a few days.

Awesome Gloves
I bought these for work gloves, but I liked them so much I only use them for range gloves. I will buy them again, but I would like the palm to be a little thicker.

Good fit
Nice features for pulling on and off. Articulated joints keep them comfortable for long-term wear. I haven't used them while shooting yet, but the trigger fingers seem to offer plenty of sensitivity.

Comfortable and Rugged
So, I initially bought a pair to replace the Hatch gloves I've been using for years to train and work with. These gloves have been great. I've put them through quite a beating, and they're still holding up great. They've held up so well I decided to buy a pair to wear while I work with my Search and rescue group, and those have also held up great! SKD has done us all a solid by making such a great quality, low priced glove.

Patrol Incident Gear/P.I.G. tactical gloves
Excellent feel to there gloves. This is the first set of patrol gloves I've felt comfortable shooting with. That speaks volumes to me as these gloves afford a tactile feel never before experienced by me. I highly recommend these for combat MOS' and LEO's on patrol/SWAT.

Excellent but there is a tradeoff...
These are excellent and well designed gloves. The best shooting gloves I have used. They have designed these gloves to be very light and thin for maximum sensitivity and dexterity in a tactical shooting glove. The trade off...ruggedness. If this glove was as rugged as your average thicker shooting gloves like mechanex or similar it would be the "perfect" glove. But we all know we can't have everything. Not to say the pig gloves aren't rugged at all but they will have to be replaced eventually depending on how hard you use them. I've had mine for around 45 days now and noticed the stitching on the pull tab Velcro closure (female side) is coming off. I felt the stitching snap when I pulled on the tab to secure it shut. Didnt pull it all that hard either. Maybe it was just my pair I don't know but regardless I would still buy again and highly recommend. Didn't dock any stars because it states in the description that the gloves weren't designed to last forever. Will buy more in the future!
