- Wrap-Over Finger Tips - Provides additional comfort and protection for finger nails.
- Stretch Ballistic Nylon 1000D Padded Knuckles - Stretch ballistic nylon reduces pressure on the seams, thin padding takes the edge off of impacts.
At the end of the day, the PIG FDT-Alpha Gloves are a consumable product that will provide the user with the best tactile dexterity available in a tactical glove, and should be worn to destruction, then discarded and replaced. The selection of super sensitive materials and extremely tight seams mean that these gloves will eventually wear out, and there are no warranties implied. Please try them on and inspect them thoroughly for fit and finish before removing from the hangtag, but be forewarned, you will not want to take them off.

Great gloves at a good price, fast shipping too! They fit great and flex well.

Great fit and good movement
These gloves are still pretty new but so far, I really like them. They aren't too padded or bulky and you still get a good feel for things with the thin material on the fingers.

Amazing dexterity/tactile response
Everything advertised about the dexterity is true. I'm very impressed by how comfortable they are, I wear them at work even when I don't need to have them on. Everything is extremely well thought out. The only reason it is getting 4 stars is durability, I've worn these for two shifts thus far, and the stitching at the base of my right pinky is starting to come undone. The clarino is amazing, padding in the right places, can't say enough for dexterity, so I know durability MIGHT be a problem, but at the price, and for the intended use, I'm pretty happy with these.

PIG Glove
Light weight and as described. I really wish they were American made.....I know, I know....cost, cost, cost. I'd be willing to pay the extra. SKD Reply: Timothy, Thank you for your review. We take pride in manufacturing our PIG Tactical Nylon gear in the USA and wouldn't consider taking production overseas. However, the reality is that we as a country have outsourced the manufacturing capability for high-end sporting gloves for decades, so a US manufacturer that can make these gloves to the same specs at even 2 or 3 times the cost just doesn't exist. Don't take my word for it- that is from one of the best known designers for one of the biggest sporting goods conglomerates in America, who worked with us for over 2 years on getting our gloves made. Before anyone points out Brand X / Model Y that is made in the US, ask yourself the following questions. Does that glove have over 35 individual pieces per glove like the PIG FDT-Alpha? Can you type, tie your shoelaces, paste targets, or shoot handguns at 100% of your bare-handed shooting capability with them on? Can you retrieve items out of your front pants pockets with them on? We realize that there are manufacturers that make gloves in the US... unfortunately, just not any that can make the PIG FDT-Alpha. If you know of any, have them contact us- thanks!

Excellent touch, great price
I've owned a few pairs of gloves before and these Alphas have been the best in terms of the amount of touch and fit. The level of dexterity these gloves provide is excellent, fine movements are performed more easily than compared to other tactical gloves (e.g. typing, picking up coins, manipulating small shirt buttons, etc). I've found that my shooting grip is not nearly as affected since the gloves are so thin. The venting ports on the underside of the gloves are not lined , so don't look for any type of water resistance however these gloves have kept my hands reasonably warm during cold mornings. Nonetheless, lots of great ideas in the overall design. They also double as a good pair of driving gloves. Overall I would say the Alphas are a great option if you're looking for a lower cost pair of lightweight tactical gloves.

PIG Full Dexterity Tactical Glove
Received the gloves on the promised delivery day. They were better than I envisioned. Fit is perfect and they feel great. No binding or uncomfortable and unnecessary padding in the wrong places. With 21 years on SWAT, I have tried a bushel of tactical gloves and I have always gone back to flight gloves. I think I have finally found a good temperate weather tactical/shooting glove the temperature has been in the low teens for most of the time since I received them so I only made a quick trip to the range to try them out . They worked great with my SCAR 17 and both of my Glock 19s. (GEN 3 and GEN 4). I'll evaluate them again when the weather is a little more conducive to extended time on the range with light gloves. Thanks for taking the time to research and create a great product instead of just adding knuckle guards and vents to someone else's idea.
