The PIG FDT Alpha Glove offers ground-breaking gun-handling dexterity and features that set them apart from the competition. And like ALL PIG Glove models, the PIG FDT Alphas feature Touch Screen conductive synthetic suede on the index finger and thumb for full compatibility with all your favorite devices.

FEATURES (* indicates industry firsts for a tactical glove):

  • Conductive Thumb and Trigger Finger material - Maximum reliability for touch screen use without losing tactile dexterity.
  • Single Layer Multi-Piece Palm - Designed specifically so that only one layer of material contacts your shooting grip.
  • Sensitized and Isolated Trigger Finger - The thinnest available AX Suede material available, only on the trigger finger for ultimate sensitivity.
  • Selective Fourschette Material - Inside fourschettes are ventilated for maximum wicking. Outer forschettes are AX Suede for durability.

  • Micro Suede Nose Wipe* - Fights against cold-weather drip. *Multicam/Multicam Black models do not have the Micro Suede Nose Wipe in deference to having more Multicam patterned material.
  • Ventilation holes in Palms and Fingers - Increased wicking.
  • Isolated Edge Padding - Protection without compromising the shooting grip.
  • Wrap-Over Finger Tips - Provides additional comfort and protection for finger nails.
  • Stretch Ballistic Nylon 1000D Padded Knuckles - Stretch ballistic nylon reduces pressure on the seams, thin padding takes the edge off of impacts.

At the end of the day, the PIG FDT-Alpha Glove is a consumable product that will provide the user with the best tactile dexterity available in a tactical glove, and should be worn to destruction, then discarded and replaced. The selection of super sensitive materials and extremely tight seams mean that these gloves will eventually wear out, and there are no warranties implied. Please try them on and inspect them thoroughly for fit and finish before removing from the hangtag, but be forewarned, you will not want to take them off.

    Best Tactile Offering in Gloves

Posted by LB on 8th Oct 2015

Women have different preferences and needs in gloves, sometimes. For me, I need a snug but not claustrophobic fit. And they need to be protective enough for a more delicate hand. These fit the bill completely. Is there a bit of room at the end of the fingers? Yes, a wee bit, but that is to be expected when you make mens gear work for you. I just love the fabrication of the knuckles - this is, I think, where your money went in the manufacturing. FYI - you can buy conductive thread at any fabric store - just stitch a woven pattern on any glove finger to make it work on your device!

Not sure there's anything that I can say which hasn't been said several times. They are amazing. Well worth the money. I have 2 pairs and will replace them whenever that becomes necessary.

    tactical operators delight!

Posted by Sgt Juan Bonet on 8th Oct 2015

As a Sgt for a ESU team in NJ I've often struggled to find a perfect op glove. I've tried batting gloves to specialized op gloves to mechanics gloves to no avail. Loved the fit of a batting glove but they weren't tough enough to be used as a op glove. I tried mechanics gloves for they're toughness but they lacked the sensitivity on the tips of the fingers and often had to remove the gloves to handle business... tac op gloves were too expensive and found myself modifying the glove to accommodate my needs. Then one of my operators turned me on to these gloves and finally I had what I needed! I bought two pairs and I haven't had the need to modify anything the ops gloves fits perfectly.... all I can say is that I have everything I needed in a ops gloves , the comfort, the breathability, the dexterity and the sensitivity, and the toughness and protection I demand in a ops glove... thank you pig gloves!

    Perfect fit

They fit like a glove (no pun intended). The sizing chart made it very easy to custom fit. They are very comfortable and well made. I really like the fact that there is little to no extra portions of the glove to mess with. The velcro is just the right size so its not hanging loose and the stitching is well done.

    Pig Tactical Gloves

Very nice gloves. Fit is perfect , with no twisting or wrinkling. Feels like a extra skin , without that feeling of not being able to feel anything like thick gloves.

    Love these gloves!

I own 2 pairs; 1 for the range & 1 I keep on my plate carrier. These are the only gloves I've found to actually be "Full Dexterity!" And the ability to use my phone with them on id's an added bonus. No problem loading magazines, manipulating weapons, or handling anything else with these gloves on. Measure your hand for the correct size &expect them to fit comfortably snug; you won't be disappointed!

    Pig Full Gloves

These are the gloves I was looking for. They are thin as the description says, but they're also padded in harder wear areas. The fit seems to be the hardest part to be able to understand without actually trying them on, but I found SKD's sizing chart to be true to size. I work as a medic and wear size large nitriles, and the corresponding size large PIG Alpha. I've become used to a close fitting glove that cuts off at the wrist and allows you to forget they're on. Obviously leather gloves will never provide the same feeling, but these are much closer than any other gloves I've tried. The leather on the palm/ finger tip side is much thinner, thin enough to be able to feel the spyder hole of a spyderco knife, not just hope you have enough pressure to flip it out. Where most gloves fail with the fingers extended by bunching up and becoming loose, the Alpha excels because of the protected gussets on the fingers. They are designed to wear out due to the thinner leather, but you'll wear them
