After a years-long stint in legal and logistical purgatory, the best-selling charging handle of the past decade has made its return. Previously licensed and distributed by BCM as the original GUNFIGHTER Charging Handle, VLTORs patented design is back on the market. Its the same exact charging handle design youve known and loved since 2009, simply re-released under strictly our own moniker.
The VLTOR Charging Handle is a patented design that redirects the force off of the latchs roll pin and into the body of the charging handle, which is especially crucial during support hand only manipulations. This design makes the charging handle stronger and less prone to roll pin or latch breakage. The VLTOR Charging Handle design has proven itself over the last decade, both domestically and abroad.
The Mod 4 (Medium Latch) charging handles are available now. Mod 3 (Large Latch) units will be available in 2-3 weeks. Mod 5 (Small Latch) and Mod 44 (Ambidextrous) variations will be available in the future.

Talk about style
I recieved my BCM Gunfighter charging handle yesterday and I was delighted to see that I got one of the new restyled handles. It looks pretty stylish. I don't think it will work any better than the old style but it sure looks great installed on my AR. Also have to give SKD an atta boy for their quick shipping.

Bought the bcm because I found it easier to use my support hand to rack the charging handle on my AR, and the standard charging handle wasn't cuttin it. The medium size latch gives you plenty to grab without being to big to get hung up on body armor or chest rigs. The gunfighter is basically the way charging handles should have been made in the first place; tough, durable and easy to manipulate with either hand. In my opinion this is a must have for any battle rifle.

I purchased long one for my AR to replace the factory charging handle and love it! Makes charging so much faster. Not a bad way to spend $45.
