PIG AFC Pontoon Set (2 Pads) [SYSTEMA]
NOTE ON SYSTEMA: All PIG items with "[SYSTEMA]" in the product title are related to the PIG Brig Plate Carrier and PIG Brig Chest Rig product family. Please refer to the product descriptions for how each respective SYSTEMA product relates to the product family.
The ALL-NEW PIG Air-Flow/Comfort (AFC) Pontoons (Pat. Pend.) enhance the capabilities of current and up-coming PIG designs, including the PIG Brigandine Plate Carrier and the PIG gRUNT Modular Pack.
Based on the wildly popular airflow channel pads on the PIG Plate Carrier, the AFC Pontoons give you the same comfort and ventilation performance, while providing the user the option of removal when needed. The AFC Pontoon Set can be added to the back or front carrier, or you can order 2 sets to add padding and ventilation to both.
For PIG BRIG Plate Carrier users, AFC Pontoons are perfect when wearing the BRIG with stand-alone plates over a shirt to provide ventilation, padding and additional comfort. When wearing the BRIG over soft armor, simply remove the AFC Pontoons to minimize stand-off as ventilation on top of a soft armor vest is moot.
When using the PIG gRUNT Modular Pack as a stand-alone day pack, the AFC Pontoons provide rigidity and comfort to compliment the PIG Shoulder Straps perfectly. Look for additional upcoming PIG designs that utilize the AFC Pontoons.

Perfect addition to the Grunt pack
The pontoons have just enough standoff and padding to keep your back comfortable when loaded down and sweating like a Pig (pun intended). ;-)

PIG AFC Pontoon Set for Crye AVS
Excellent addition or stand alone to the inside of the Crye Precision AVS Harness. I work in the Middle East and really need every bit of help with high temps and humidity. Pontoons allow for mich needed ventilation on inside of the harness.

Fellnlikena Thai whore rubbing your back
If you buy this pontoon set your dick will grow 5 inches.

Nice and Cool
These work by putting a small stand-off distance between your sweaty shirt, blouse or BDU coat and the plate carrier. The stand-off allows some air flow between the plate carrier and shirt, etc. Like the "Gunny roll" on your cammie blouse, it helps in warm and hot weather. And the pontoons are comfortable too.

Must need for your carrier
If your carrier is set up with velcro for these pontoons, you need to get these.

Bought some more
These work so well on my STT I decided to buy some more to put on my Kifaru e&e.

Ease of use
ease of use in my Paraclete with keeping the armor just off my body to provide some air movement

Great for hard plates
I have hard plates in my Crye Precision JPC and the angles are pretty sharp. Thanks to this product, I can now wear my Plate Carrier in a more comfortable fashion.

Two sets purchased but not a single PIG carrier
These are a must have in my opinion. I have a Coyote set on a LBT 6094A for the girlfriend and a Ranger Green set on my OPT/Mayflower L/XL MBAV APC. After multiple hour classes with dynamic shooting and rapid position changes they held up while keeping us both cooler and dryer than having the carrier sit against our clothing. I attached both sets with Velcro brand sticky backed loop, and while I wouldn't trust the velcro to hold up to lifting the carrier by the pontoon, it holds up just fine during transport and during wear.
