PIG AFC Pontoon Set (2 Pads) [SYSTEMA]

The ALL-NEW PIG Air-Flow/Comfort (AFC) Pontoons (Pat. Pend.) enhance the capabilities of current and up-coming PIG designs, including the PIG Brigandine Plate Carrier and the PIG gRUNT Modular Pack.

Based on the wildly popular airflow channel pads on the PIG Plate Carrier, the AFC Pontoons give you the same comfort and ventilation performance, while providing the user the option of removal when needed. The AFC Pontoon Set can be added to the back or front carrier, or you can order 2 sets to add padding and ventilation to both.

For PIG BRIG Plate Carrier users, AFC Pontoons are perfect when wearing the BRIG with stand-alone plates over a shirt to provide ventilation, padding and additional comfort. When wearing the BRIG over soft armor, simply remove the AFC Pontoons to minimize stand-off as ventilation on top of a soft armor vest is moot.

When using the PIG gRUNT Modular Pack as a stand-alone day pack, the AFC Pontoons provide rigidity and comfort to compliment the PIG Shoulder Straps perfectly. Look for additional upcoming PIG designs that utilize the AFC Pontoons.

    Put these on my STT plate carrier and it made it night and day different. Much more comfortable to wear for long periods of time, not like it was bad to begin with, but running made it slightly uncomfortable. Great pads. Worth the money.

    Nothing much to be said, actually use these on the back of plates on a JPC. Keeps me comfortable for long periods and I almost forget I have a PC on. Good price for a good product.

    Theseare great. Jeeps the carrier off my spine and improves airflow. The value is great, for $20 the difference is monstrous.

    For the little bit of nothing they cost, these make the Brig exponentially more comfortable to wear for extended periods without constantly doffing and donning it to get some fresh air on your man-titties. Must-have if you run your PC for any extended duration in the heat.

    Hot damn, these are awesome. Used them in Central America attached to a Brig Plate carrier and the breeze going up my spine gave me comforting tingles. Added some adhesive hook to the inside of my issue KDH carrier then attached the pontoons. It revolutionized the comfort of the body armor. Can't recommend enough.

    The pontoons are a nice addition to your plate carrier. They bring the plate off your back and give you a channel for airflow. I put them on my banshee plate carrier after some customization and I was not disappointed.
